Last updated September 18, 2026. VendPing texts food-truck vendors about local event opportunities. We collect the details you give us: name, email, phone number, zip code, travel radius, preferred work days, and how far ahead you want gigs, plus subscription status and ping history. Passwords are handled by our login provider. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers. We text you only after you opt in during signup or onboarding. You can receive up to 5 event pings per day. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. We do not sell your phone number or other personal information. The first month is free, then the plan is $19 per month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in your account. We share data only with providers that host the app, send texts, process payments, and store data, and we keep it while your account is open and as needed for billing, security, and legal records. To access, correct, or delete your information, email privacy@vendping.app from the address on your account.
